We are looking for three dynamic and results-driven City Growth Leads to drive the expansion and success of our operations across three major cities of Nairobi, Abidjan and Kigali. This role is perfect for someone passionate about business growth, community building, and shaping the future of coworking.

As the City Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand, commercial performance, and strategic initiatives. You will work across marketing, operations, finance, and partnerships to ensure our city operations thrive and create meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Lead initiatives to grow our presence in Nairobi, both online and offline.
• Drive engagement through press articles, interviews, outdoor campaigns, conferences, social media, website optimization, Google reviews, and partnerships with local influencers.

Commercial Leadership

• Define and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Generate and manage commercial leads.
• Develop pricing strategies, including discount and promotion campaigns.
• Oversee enterprise solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Product & Operational Support

• Support the Business Partner in charge of operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Manage product operations and implement initiatives to maintain product excellence.

City Growth & Partnerships

• Identify and lead new real estate opportunities for coworking expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
• Explore and establish strategic local partnerships to drive growth.

Finance & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow and financial resources efficiently.

General Management

• Oversee city-wide operations and initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational excellence.
